The intestines and spleens of bats were collected from Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, China. In this experiment, three bat species were selected for IGH/IGL/IGK CDR3 library construction and characterization. Spleen and intestine tissues were used to extract total RNA, and library construction and sequencing were performed by Hangzhou ImmuQuad Biotechnologies Ltd using the 5' RACE method.
