HTAN 4-cohort scRNA-Seq data with annotation

The multi-center scRNA-Seq DCIS-IBC scRNA-Seq atlas is an openly accessible, multi‑layered resource designed to support functional genomics in tumor immunology and computational oncology for breast cancer. The dataset integrates raw, processed, and annotated data modalities generated across multiple experimental platforms, enabling downstream analysis ranging from single‑cell transcriptomics to functional immunological assays. The RDS file results from the combination of the DFCI Cohort (GSE253587), Duke HTAN Cohort (HTAN: phs002371), EMBO Cohort (GSE161529), the Japan National Cancer Center Research Institute (NCCRI) Cohort (GSE195861). The raw fastq and processed filtered matrix files generated at DFCI were deposited into Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under the SuperSeries BioProject PRJNA1062792 and GEO under accession number: GSE253587.
