脑部MR图像及其FLAIR异常分割掩模数据集，包含110名低级别胶质瘤患者的图像，图像来源于癌症影像档案（TCIA），并对应于癌症基因组图谱（TCGA）的数据。每个图像具有3个通道，部分图像序列可能缺失，并以FLAIR序列替代。分割掩模为二进制单通道图像，用于标识FLAIR序列中的异常。
Brain MR images and FLAIR abnormality segmentation masks dataset, containing images from 110 patients with lower-grade glioma, sourced from The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) and corresponding to data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Each image has 3 channels, with some sequences possibly missing and replaced by FLAIR sequences. The segmentation masks are binary single-channel images used to identify abnormalities in the FLAIR sequences.
