Annotation and functional analysis of new transcripts of testicular tissue of Tibetan sheep at different altitudes

In order to improve and optimize genomic annotation information of Tibetan sheep, the genetic mechanism of testicular tissue adaptation to hypoxia at different altitudes at transcriptional level was analyzed. Testicular tissue of Tibetan sheep at different altitudes was selected as the research object for RNA-Seq sequencing, the sequencing data was assembled, and the structure of annotated genes was optimized for comparison and analysis with the sheep reference genome, and new transcripts were excavated for functional enrichment analysis.
