Supporting metadata from a cystic fibrosis longitundinal study. The study was a longitundinal / observational study of the bacterial lung microbiota across 30 CF people with CF. <br> Included is anonymised clincial metadata and post-bioinformatic bacterial taxa tables <br> Patients or parents/guardians provided written informed consent and children provided assent. This study was reviewed and approved by the NHS Research Ethic Committee North-West, Lancaster (Ref 14/NW/1195).
