Metagenomic analysis of soil aggregate in no-tillage upland field

No-tillage develops soil aggregate formation. Soil aggregates provide microhabitats to soil microbes. Soil microbes contributes biogeochemical cycles. To elucidate the relationships between nitrogen cycle function of microbial communities inhabiting soil aggregates and different soil management methods, tillage and no-tillage, we conducted metagenomic analysis of soil aggregates.
