Alignment of 170 Echinococcus granulosus sensu stricto G1 near-complete mtDNA sequences

Fasta file with aligned near-complete E. granulosus s. s. G1 mtDNA sequences. The alignment contains 170 haplotypes, which comprises 211 genotype G1 samples sequenced (for additional data on the haplotypes see Table S3). The alignment contains gaps: the strings of NNN-s represent gaps of estimated length based on a reference sequence (AB786664 in GenBank).本数据集为包含经比对的近全长细粒棘球绦虫（Echinococcus granulosus sensu stricto，E. granulosus s. s.）G1型线粒体DNA（mitochondrial DNA，mtDNA）序列的FASTA格式文件（FASTA）。该序列比对集共包含170个单倍型（haplotype），涵盖211条已测序的G1型样本序列（有关单倍型的补充数据详见附表S3）。该序列比对集存在空位：由连续N字符组成的序列段为基于GenBank登录号AB786664的参考序列估算得到长度的空位。
