FOUR YEARS OF TALIBAN RULE: Confronting Impunity and Human Rights’ Violations

This report summarises the discussions and outcomes of the 2025 Afghanistan Conference titled Four Years of Taliban Rule: Confronting Impunity and Systematic Human Rights’ Violations, held in Melbourne on 15 August 2025. The Conference was co-hosted by Monash University, the University of Melbourne, the Australian National University, Deakin University, and the University of New South Wales.
