Ixodes ricinus Raw sequence reads

Whole genome sequencing data from 15 individual Ixodes ricinus ticks collected from four geographically distinct populations in Turkey. The data were generated to investigate genome-wide polymorphism, genetic diversity, and population structure in relation to endemic and non-endemic regions for tick-borne diseases.
