miRVana, miR-1290 mimic, and control (Thermo Fisher Scientific) were transfected into HaCaT cells in using Lipofectamine RNAiMAX (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA). Each RNA sample was assessed using a microarray (SurePrint G3 Human Gene Expression 8 × 60 K Microarray; Agilent Technologies, Palo Alto, CA, USA), and the expression profiles were analyzed using GeneSpring software (v12; Agilent Technologies).
