资源简介:
Ford F-250 trucks were selected to be used in the experimental study on live load effects on the seismic response of bridges. To obtain the dynamic properties of this truck, a set of system identification or characterization experiments was performed on a single F-250 truck using the 6 degrees-of-freedom shake table in the Large-Scale Structures Laboratory at University of Nevada, Reno. The system identification included a series of snap motion tests in the vertical and lateral directions of the truck, as well as earthquake motion tests using the Sylmar record from the 1994 Northridge Earthquake. The truck was tested both with and without tires, as well as empty and fully-laden (with sand in the truck bed). This experiment is the case of empty truck without tires.
