Results are listed as pEC50 (Atoh1 induction in RT-qPCR, imaging and reporter) or pIC50 (Hes1 inhibition in RT-qPCR) values. The value for RT-PCR, and reporter assay represent the average and the standard deviation of at least 3 independent experiments. The standard error of the imaging assay is based on calculation from the dose response.
