Transcriptome-based analysis of CCNY-mediated learning and memory in the hippocampus

CCNY-mediated regulation of learning and memory in the hippocampus by performing and analyzing transcriptome profiling. We isolated the hippocampi of wild-type and Ccny knockout mice after Morris water maze original and reversal learning tasks.本研究通过开展并分析转录组谱分析（transcriptome profiling），解析了CCNY介导的海马体学习与记忆调控机制。我们在莫里斯水迷宫（Morris water maze）初始学习与反转学习任务完成后，分别分离了野生型与Ccny基因敲除小鼠的海马组织。
