Assessing the virulence potential of different Listeria monocytogenes Clonal Complexes with in vivo and in vitro models (genome assembly and annotation dataset)

This dataset includes the assembled contigs (.fasta and .gbk files), the nucleotide sequences of the prediction genes and the respective amino acid sequences of the translated CDS sequences for 16 Listeria monocytogenes isolates.

All raw sequence reads used in this study were deposited in the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) (BioProjects PRJEB31216 and PRJEB26065).
