cerebrospinal fluid metagenomic next-generation sequencing was used to identify the responsible pathogens of hospitalized patients presenting with suspected intracranial infections. The study aims to investigate the circumstances in which CSF mNGS is suitable for patients with suspected intracranial infections to provide a reference for precision medicine of intracranial infections. The identified responsible pathogen sequence was uploaded in this project.
