Transcriptional responses of Trichodesmium to natural antithetical gradients of Fe and P availability

Transcriptomes were sequenced from Trichodesmium samples collected over a longitudinal transect of natural opposed gradients of Fe and P concentration to investigate responses to variable nutrient stress.
