NIMG Special issue on brain parcellation and segmentation

A list of the papers published as part of the Neuroimage Special Issue on Brain Segmentation and Parcellation. The file is in the tsv (tabular-separated values) format and includes for each paper the title, the name of the corresponding author, and the abstract. There is also a notebook showing how to group the papers into categories. The Dockerfile shows how to reproduce the environment to run the notebook in a docker container (includes a python data science stack, as well as worldcloud).
