Global changes including increasing temperatures and pesticide contamination threaten insect survival and reproduction through changes in metabolism and stress responses. We evaluate how elevated temperature and ivermectin, a common antiparasitic medication, affect the thermal physiology of Euoniticellus intermedius under controlled laboratory conditions. The response variables that we measure were: metabolic rate, body weight, thermic tolerance and survival of adults of emerge females dung beetles in laboratory.
