This dataset is a collection of flow cytometry measurements (abundance of virus, bacteria and small protists (primarily <20μm)) taken as part of the Nansen Legacy project (www.arvenetternansen.com), as part of the '2021 Seasonal Study Q2' cruise (2021704). The data are collected from a CTD-rosette with Niskin bottles from station P7 (NLEG25) taken on 2021-05-16T05:29:02.616Z at 81.7626988166667°N and 31.0886391833333°E.
