In order to investigate how the NO produced by the NR pathway affects the high salt adaptability of eelgrass,we conducted a combined transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis.The eelgrass in this study was harvested in Shuangdao Bay located in the Southern Bohaisea. The plants were transported to the laboratory in seawater,cleaned and then domesticated in artificial seawater for 72 hours. The domesticated eelgrass was divided into two groups,one group was treated with artificial seawater (control group), and the other group was treated with 1mM/L Sodium tungstate added to artificial seawater (experimental group) for 24 hours. Three biological replicates were performed in each group of experiments.
