Responses of Hydrangea macrophylla tissue-cultured seedlings to different light intensity

This study investigated the effects of five light intensity gradients on Hydrangea macrophylla Qingtian seedlings. Seedlings exhibited optimal growth at TrB, showing maximal biomass, leaf expansion, and chlorophyll content, accompanied by low antioxidant enzyme activities and soluble sugar levels. To further elucidate the molecular mechanisms, we performed transcriptome analysis of treatments TrB and TrE.
