Transcriptome analysis of bone marrow cells of Evi1-overexpressing leukemia mouse

Puropose: To detemine transcriptome profile of Evi1-overexpressing leukemia cells by RNA sequencing Method: RNA samples were isolated from GFP+Lin-c-kit+ mouse bone marrow cells Overall design: mRNA profiles of GFP+ Lin- c-kit+ bone marrow cells isolated from mice transplanted with mouse bone marrow cells transduced with Evi1-GFP or GFP at 4 weeks or 6 months after transplantation were generated by deep sequencing, in duplicate, using Illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencer.
