Diatoms in sediment samples from the pingo exposure AWI_12P-1908-A@en

Three profiles (12P-1908-A, 12P-2008-A, 12P-2208-A) of exposed deposits were sampled in course of the expedition Pokhodsk 2012 in the Kolyma Lowland, which contained frozen sediments. The samples were afterward analysed for chironomids, diatoms, pollen and testaceans. Additionally a short core (80-1) of deposits of the lake surrounding the pingo was analysed for diatoms.在科雷马低地开展的波霍茨克2012考察期间，研究人员对三处出露沉积剖面（编号分别为12P-1908-A、12P-2008-A、12P-2208-A）进行了采样，该类出露沉积层赋存冻结沉积物。随后对采集的样品开展了摇蚊（chironomids）、硅藻（diatoms）、花粉及有壳变形虫（testaceans）的分析测试。此外，针对该冻胀丘（pingo）周边湖泊的短沉积岩芯（编号80-1），研究人员同步开展了硅藻组分的分析测试。
