本数据资源为西畴县第一人民医院在提供患者门诊日常诊疗服务、医疗费用结算及医院运营管理等诊疗服务过程中，通过医院信息系统收集整理形成，主要包括患者基本信息、就诊登记数据、医嘱执行记录、药品处方信息、收费项目与结算数据等数据，可用于医疗服务流程优化、医保基金结算审核与监管、区域卫生健康资源配置规划、医疗质量控制与统计分析、便民就医服务应用开发（如预约挂号、费用查询、报告打印）及医疗卫生政策制定参考等用途。

This dataset is collected and organized by Xichou County First People's Hospital via its Hospital Information System (HIS) during the provision of routine outpatient diagnosis and treatment services, medical fee settlement, hospital operation management and other medical services. It mainly covers patient basic information, registration data, medical order execution records, pharmaceutical prescription information, charging items and settlement data. It can be used for multiple scenarios including optimization of medical service processes, review and supervision of medical insurance fund settlement, regional health resource allocation planning, medical quality control and statistical analysis, development of convenient medical service applications (such as appointment registration, fee inquiry and report printing), and providing references for formulating medical and health policies.
