PBMC_remission and Biopsy_remission

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and biopsy CyTOF dataset from healthy controls and ulcerative colitis largely in remission. Normalized fcs files for each patient from PBL and biopsy samples. CyTOF on biopsies was conducted on two separate pools each one containing one location. Pool 1 was run twice (labeled as pool1 and pool1_2).
