Vascular Plant Assemblages on Floating Logs of the Contoocook River of New Hampshire

I surveyed 25 floating logs and stumps along the Contoocook River below Hopkinton Dam between 11 August 2021 to 12 August 2021. I identified 43 unique vascular plant species. Floating logs may represent a unique microsite and host assemblages not found in other nearby riparian vegetation. I plan to submit formal write-up to Rhodora. Data available after publication.
