Sequencing of cell death genes after organelle damage by reactive oxygen species

Photosensitizer is a kind of material which can absorb light energy, convert into chemical energy and produce reactive oxygen species (ROS). Photosensitizers can be anchored to organelles by modified targeting groups to achieve photoinduced destruction by ROS at specific sites.The mode of cell death caused by the destruction of different organelles is different.We explored this process through transcriptome sequencing.
