The project consists of three parts, the first is the transcriptomic sequencing results of ATCC35984 strain before and after treatment with diacerein. Then, the whole genome sequence of sua331 and sua73 strains after successive passage with diacerein. Finally, the transcriptomic results of sua331 strain before and after continuous treatment with diacerein were obtained. We attempted to explain the reason why diacerein inhibits MRSE growth and reverses MRSE resistance to beta lactam drugs.
