Comparison of Glaesserella parasuis serotype 3 and 5 infection reveals different invasive strategies into well differentiated airway epithelial cells under air liquid interface conditions

Here, we investigated primary porcine tracheal epithelial cells at 24 hpi after Glaesserella parasuis infection to explore the effects of different virulent strains of Glaesserella parasuis on respiratory epithelial cells. After the primary porcine tracheal epithelial cells were cultured and differentiated, RNA was extracted from 3 filters for each sample and 3 samples for each treatment, and sequenced at a depth reads per sample.
