The dataset is still replenishing with the help of the group of Professor Litvin A.A. from the Regional Clinical Hospital and Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (Surgery Department).
It includes "symptoms-diagnosis" of hospitalized patients at the arrival day, three, five, seven, twelve-fifteen, 16-30 days later and on the day of the patient's discharge. After the end of gathering information, it would be coded for testing of the Cognitive hybrid diagnostic system supporting decisions regarding health of patients with suspected cancer or chronic pancreatitis. The system is now being started to develop.
