The dataset is still replenishing with the help of the group of Professor Litvin A.A. from the Regional Clinical Hospital and Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (Surgery Department). It includes "symptoms-diagnosis" of hospitalized patients at the arrival day, three, five, seven, twelve-fifteen, 16-30 days later and on the day of the patient's discharge. After the end of gathering information, it would be coded for testing of the Cognitive hybrid diagnostic system supporting decisions regarding health of patients with suspected cancer or chronic pancreatitis. The system is now being started to develop.本数据集目前仍在由区域临床医院与伊曼纽尔·康德波罗的海联邦大学外科（Surgery Department）Litvin A.A.教授课题组协助补充完善。 该数据集涵盖住院患者入院当日、入院后第3、5、7、12~15、16~30日以及出院当日的「症状-诊断」配对数据。 信息采集完成后，该数据集将被编码，用于测试一款可辅助疑似癌症或慢性胰腺炎患者健康诊疗决策的认知混合诊断系统（Cognitive hybrid diagnostic system）。 该系统目前已启动研发。
