Rice leaves were inoculated with different Xanthomonas oryzae strains. Leaf material was collected 24h, 36h, 48h and 72h after inoculation. RNA libraries were prepared, poly-A enriched, and sequenced as strand-specific 150 bp paired-end reads on an Illumina NovaSeq instrument.
