Mouse microglia and peripheral monocytes in contextual fear conditioning_Supplementary Table

Supplementary Table 1 provides the result of differential gene transcription of microglia after fear memory consolidation and extinction. In detail, the mean value of microarray data in each condition was compared separately. After fear memory consolidation, 2,546 probes were increased, and 2,286 probes were decreased in microglia (FS0/Con3).
