Determining changes in the immunopeptidome of HCT116 cells after treamtent with hypoxia

To determine if the changes in MHC I expression under hyppoxia results in a change in the antigen presentation, we used LC-MS technology to analyze the immunopeptidome. HCT116 cells were treated either in normoxia (21% O2) or hypoxia for 24 hours cells were then collected and a quantitative analysis of the immunopeptidome was performed
