The GBS data of 275 recombinant inbred lines derived from inbreds Ji846 and Ye3189

An ultra-high density accurate linkage map for a set of maize RILs was constructed using a GBS strategy. This map will facilitate identification of genes and exploration of QTL for complex architecture in maize. It will also be helpful for further research into the mechanisms that control complex architecture while also providing a basis for marker-assisted selection Overall design: we employed a genotyping-by-sequencing strategy to construct an ultra-high-resolution linkage map for 275 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from a high-PC female Ji846 and low-PC male Ye3189.
