Comparative transcriptomic analysis of germinal center B cells between DN subcluster and DP subcluster

This study aims to characterize the transcriptome between DP subcluster and DN subcluster of germinal center B cells, and find the differential mechanism between DP subcluster and DN subcluster of germinal center B cells? Overall design: Germinal center B cells from 4 wild type mice, each wild type mice with both DN subcluster and DP subcluster.
