Lancea tibetica Raw sequence reads. Lancea tibetica

RAD tag sequencing as a source of SSR makers in traditional Tibetan medicinal herb, Lancea tibetica (Scrophulariaceae). RAD tags were sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq2500 platform and 125bp paired-end reads were generated. After quality control, The paired-end reads from each passing RAD site passing the above tests were sent to the VelvetOptimiser assembler with parameter as follows (settings: -s 23 -e 31 -x 4 ). These data allowed the discovery of a large number of SSR markers for L. tibetica. These polymorphic markers are expected to be helpful in further studies on the systematics and phylogeography of L. tibetica.
