Rhizosphere soil microbial sequencing of Panax notoginseng

To research the difference of microbial community in rhizosphere soil of Panax notoginseng with different cultivation years,include unplanted soil (CK), 1-year-old healthy rhizosphere soil (1Y), 2-year-old healthy rhizosphere soil (H-2Y), 2-year-old diseased rhizosphere soil (S-2Y), 3-year-old healthy rhizosphere soil (H-3Y), and 3-year-old diseased rhizosphere soil (S-3Y).Study effects of benzoic acid (BA), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (p-HA), ferulic acid (FA), syringic acid (SA), vanillic acid (VA) and p-coumaric acid (p-CA)on rhizosphere soil microorganisms of panax notoginseng.
