Overview of the mean methylation levels and absolute changes (dif abs.) in methylation compared to T0 for the sum of all CpG sites after storage for one, three and ten months as well as p-values.

Methylation levels for all storage conditions are significantly increasing with storage time. Only blood samples stored at -70°C for one month show in mean lower methylation levels compared to T0, however, this correlation was not significant.
