Supplementary material: Holographic codes keep their records on the boundary -- deterministic certificates, reproduction code, and the verification trail

Complete verification trail for the companion note "Holographic codes keep their records on the boundary: typing the {5,4} bulk under coarse-graining." Three deterministic certificate sets reproduce every reported quantity: the finite-patch typing run (host_typing_densification, seed 20260705: Poincare-disk {5,4} patches, boundary-cycle and control rows), and the two closed-host runs (seq1_wph_closed54 and seq1_wph2_larger54, seed 20260706: Todd-Coxeter quotient construction with full construction checks, the frozen battery on closed {5,4} regular maps to V=8610, matched torus and expander controls). The bundle also ships the campaign spec, the adversarial skeptic report whose re-scopings the note adopts, the adjudication that fixes the banked wording, and a sha256 MANIFEST.
