Efficacy of chest and upper limb pnf on pulmonary function parameter and quality of life in patients with acute exacerbation of copd

Null Hypothesis-The effect of chest and upper limb PNF would be equivalent to conventional chest physiotherapy on pulmonary function parameter and quality of life in patients with AECOPD. Between group results shows significant improvement in PEFR, Chest wall expansion at axillary and xiphisternal level, Pulse rate, Respiratory rate and Oxyhaemoglobin saturation.零假设（Null Hypothesis）：针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease，AECOPD）患者，胸部与上肢本体感觉神经肌肉促进法（Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation，PNF）对其肺功能参数及生活质量的改善效果与常规胸部物理治疗相当。组间比较结果显示，患者的峰流速（Peak Expiratory Flow Rate，PEFR）、腋中线与剑突水平的胸壁扩张度、脉搏率、呼吸频率及血氧饱和度（Oxyhaemoglobin Saturation）均得到显著改善。
