Efficacy of adjunct PRObiotics as compared to the standard care in moderate unipolar Depression among Geriatric patients: A randomized double-blind placebo-controlled multicentric trial (PRODG)

This trial was performed to evaluate the efficacy of adjunct probiotic supplementation (Lactobacillus helveticus and Bifidobacterium longum) alongside standard care compared to placebo in older adults with moderate unipolar depression. The trial was registered with the Clinical Trials Registry of India (CTRI/2024/01/061173). The raw dataset and raw analyzed files have been added.
