资源简介:

The dataset was generated as part of a prospective cohort study investigating the associations between physical activity during pregnancy and maternal, perinatal, and neonatal outcomes. Data collection was conducted in two phases:
Phase I – Patient Questionnaire Survey:
Pregnant women were recruited at a single medical center.
Each participant completed:
A custom questionnaire designed by the research team, which included questions about sociodemographic data, lifestyle, and physical activity habits.
The Get Active Pregnancy Questionnaire (GAPQ) to assess physical activity levels.
Responses were recorded and assigned a unique identification number (ID) for anonymization.
Phase II – Medical Record Data Collection:
After delivery, additional data were extracted from maternal and neonatal medical records, including: Pregnancy course and complications.Labor and delivery details.Neonatal health parameters at birth. These data were linked to the corresponding patient questionnaire responses using the unique ID.
Data Processing and Anonymization:
All collected data were entered into an Excel spreadsheet, with each row representing an individual participant. Data were structured into separate columns, corresponding to different variables (e.g., sociodemographic characteristics, questionnaire responses, and medical record data).Personal identifiers were removed to ensure full anonymity and compliance with ethical standards.
For more details on the study design and data collection methods, please refer to the "Methods" section of the published article.
