Dim-light colour vision in the facultatively nocturnal Asian giant honeybee, <em>Apis dorsata</em>

1) Compressed archive of the datasets <em>datasets.zip</em> contains three folders. The <em>colourModels</em> folder contains the reflectance spectra and the illuminant spectra. The folders <em>firstDraft</em> and <em>revision</em> have the behavioural datasets for the study. The <em>firstDraft</em> files have the grey stimuli labelled as Lighter.grey, Equal.grey or Darker.grey. This has been changed to the appropriate stimuli names in the <em>revision</em> datasets. Detailed description of each file is provided in the electronic supplementary materials document. <br> 2) The markdown document <em>sajesh_etal_2023_ESM.Rmd</em> has all the code necessary to run the analyses, generate the electronic supplementary document as well as create the figures in the main text. <br> 3) The electronic supplementary materials <em>sajesh_etal_2023_ESM.pdf</em> is generated by running the markdown document in R. This document has the supplementary methods and results referred to in the main document.
