To reveal the changes of miRNAs in A549 cells transfected with circRNA-FOXO3, we have employed miRNA microarray expression profiling. Overall design: circRNA-FOXO3 overexpression induced miRNAs expression in A549 cells was measured .Four independent experiments were performed at each group.
