ARID1A loss in pancreas leads to islet developmental defect and metabolic disturbance

RNA sequencing of the mice models of islet. ChIP assays with the anti-Arid1a antibody (Abnova, MAB15809) were performed using the EZ-ChIP Kit (Merck Millipore) according to the manufacturer’s instruction. Metabolome profiles of mice islet medium by capillary electrophoresis-time of flight (CE-TOF) analysis针对胰岛小鼠模型开展RNA测序（RNA sequencing）。采用默克密理博（Merck Millipore）EZ-ChIP试剂盒，依照制造商说明书操作，使用抗Arid1a抗体（Abnova，货号MAB15809）完成染色质免疫沉淀（ChIP）实验。通过毛细管电泳-飞行时间（CE-TOF）分析获取小鼠胰岛培养基的代谢组谱。
