E. coli and total coliform quantities before and after anaerobic digestion

This data shows the quantities of E. coli and total coliforms before and after anaerobic digestion. The six digesters used were ambient temperature fixed-dome household-scale digesters in Bishoftu, Ethiopia, 2020. Testing took place over five sampling dates at nine days apart i.e. over 36 days. Membrane lactose glucuronide agar (MLGA) was used as a plating media, with plates incubated at 30 ˚C for four hours and at 37 ˚C for 14 hours before enumeration.本数据集记录了厌氧消化前后大肠杆菌（E. coli）与总大肠菌群的菌落数量。本次实验所用的6套厌氧消化装置，为2020年埃塞俄比亚比绍夫图地区的常温固定拱顶户用规模沼气池。采样共开展5次，各采样间隔为9天，总覆盖时长为36天。实验采用膜乳糖葡糖醛酸琼脂（MLGA）作为涂布培养基，将平板先置于30℃条件下培养4小时，随后转移至37℃条件下培养14小时，之后进行菌落计数。
