Investigation of the pathways involved in neutrophilic lung inflammation associated with epicutaneous S. aureus exposure Overall design: Dorsal fur of mice was shaved and depilated, followed by epicutaneous S. aureus (1e8 CFU) and cockroach antigen exposure using for 7 days. On day 10, 11 and 12, cockroach antigen was applied intratracheally. On day 13, the lungs were perfused and excised. RNA was extracted and sent for RNA sequencing.
