Source-Verifiable Reporting of Rule-Generated Counts in Clinical Epidemiology: Pilot Audit Dataset

This version adds final JCE submission-hygiene and data-provenance revisions for a source-verifiability pilot audit: initial dual coding now preserves pre-conservative adjudication while attaching final conservative component codes from the evidence layer; the repository manifest, workbook, and submission data folder are synchronized; scope-sensitivity record flags remain CSV-only in the supplement; separate highlights use the JCE-style What is new structure; and checklist, README, figure/artwork statement, manuscript, and cover-letter files are synchronized. English source-level and component-level data files for a descriptive pilot meta-research audit of source-verifiable reporting for rule-generated counts in clinical epidemiology-related source records. The package includes source metadata, primary source-verifiable records, broader exploratory records, component-level evidence, initial dual-author coding, component-applicability notes, source-frame construction summaries, scope sensitivity flags, calibration diagnostic checks, worked examples, a data dictionary, an adapted reporting checklist, and a supplementary workbook. No patient-level, participant-level, or identifiable personal data are included.
