Comparative transcriptome reveals distinct starch-sugar interconversion patterns in potato genotypes contrasting for cold-induced sweetening capacity

Potato accumulates large amounts of soluble sugar during coldstorage periods. However, a system based understanding of this process isstill largely unknown.
